• Coordination with inter departments (IT, Sales, Processes, Payments and etc.)
  • Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best.
  • Suggest sales training programs and techniques.
  • Create reports, analyze, and interpret the data, like revenues, expenses and competition.
  • Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
  • Handle customer’s complaints and provide solutions.
  • Assist the manager in planning & implementing the strategies to educate and attract the Affiliates.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, should be strong hands-on at distribution planning and operations implementation. Good interpersonal skills, good grip on MSEXCEL & power point, smart and vigilant looking individual.
