A leading UK based clothing brand is looking for an experienced self-driven and motivated Team Leader to join our Team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing the front-end team and ensure world-class customer service for the valued customers. We are looking 

  • Managing day-to-day activities of the team.  
  • Motivating teams members to achieve organizational goals.  
  • Conduct training of the team members to maximize potential.  
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews and give feedback accordingly.  
  • Conduct regular coaching and counseling sessions to ensure maximum productivity.  
  • Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team to give maximum output.  
  • Suggest improvement in the policies and procedures. 

Required Skills 

  • Team management experience. 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.  
  • Coaching and communication skills. 
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience within a contact center environment as a Team Leader.  
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills. 
  • Excellent analytical and reporting writing skills.  
  • Strong coaching and people development skills. 
  • Energetic and motivating individual.
