Supporting the sales, technical, and administration teams by providing calling support.

Responsibilities

  • The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
  • Follow up with existing customers and potential leads for business purposes.
  • Invite and bring potential customers to the office for meeting with senior management by understanding their requirements and recommending solutions.
  • Keeping a record of sales calls and note useful information.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone. 
  • Should be a self-starter, Proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.
  • Previous experience in a B2B sales environment will be a distinct advantage
