Primary Position Objective Looking for a person who will be responsible for the development of the business and to attract new clients and maintain a beneficial relation with the current ones.
Analysis of data and recommendation of new growth strategies also comes under their ambit.
The person also needs to have a creative eye in order to devise out-of-the-box advertising campaigns for our clients, which resonate with our audiences and create attractive sales pitches.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction ·
Develop short-term and long-term revenue strategies that deliver significant revenue growth ·
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting client’s objectives ·
Develop communication strategy to pitch to prospective clients based on the brand needs or market dynamics. ·
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. ·
Coordinate campaign elements within design, custom written and video content, performance tracking, campaign insights, and more for internal & external teams ·
Build long term relationship with new and existing customers ·
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value ·
Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment · Identify industry trends ·
Proactively pitch ideas that aid in enhancing company image · Ideate best ways to transform creative ideas into winning presentations ·
Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
Qualifications and Skill Set:
Strong knowledge of the digital advertising industry ·
Proven track record of negotiating and closing large deals/contracts ·
Tech-savvy with expert knowledge of excel and powerpoint. Knowledge of using sales tools like Hubspot/Salesforce is a plus. ·
