Expert at Active Directory Management both on-perm & Azure AD.
Hands on experience on managing SQL Server and it Cluster capabilities.
Experience in managing both on perm Exchange Server as well as Exchange Online, O365 and M365
Ability to setup and manage large VDI, VDP and RemoteApps environment.
Expertise on remote deployments and device managements.
Have good understanding of Data protection and recovery strategies.
Ability to work in virtualization environment like VMware and HyperV.
Proven experience of designing and managing Microsoft Azure Cloud platform and ability to scale for capacity and resilience.
Hands on experience in building and maintaining Containers and Kubernetes infrastructure.
Must be able to help with code building and deployment related process.
Must be able to write scripts to automate procedures.
Good understanding of SDLC processes and ability to closely work with senior development staff.
Must be able to comfortably work with Routing, Switching, WAF & firewalls like SonicWall
Hands on experience in setting up and managing Site-to-Site and Dial-up Tunnels.
Good level of understanding on determining and resolving common security threats.
Good understanding on compliance requirements like SOC2 and ability to closely work with auditors.
Able to implement and enforce Policies and procedures.
Must be a good learner and Team player.
Must be able to communicate well and address client related issues.
Able to provide remote support to customers via phone and/or remote sessions.
Must be able to communicate and work with remote teams on different schedules.
