Female Human resources officers requires for day and night shifts.

They are responsible for hiring, developing and looking after employees. This involves functions such as training and monitoring performance.  Work with company HR Manager strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees 

·         Recruit, screen, interview, hire and dismiss employees as necessary, following all HR processes and procedures

·         Looking after all hiring and training procedures for new employees

  • Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed
  • Managing job descriptions and advertisements
  • Organizing staff training sessions and activities
  • monitoring staff performance and attendance
  • Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.
