Responsibilities:
Listening to the client's needs, understanding their individual personality and providing tailored advice.
Be knowledgeable about colors, styles, and fabrics that will suit the client's preferences, style, body type, and price range, as well as the occasion they're dressing for.
Be completely knowledgeable about Zebaqi apparel and answer clients’ questions about the Zebaqi product line.
Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion especially through the social media channels.
Help identify new opportunities for lead generation and client conversion.
Achieving pre-agreed sale targets for orders as a minimum level of accomplishment.
Maintain contact lists and follow up with new and existing customers to discuss their
needs and to continue relationships
Negotiate prices and terms where required and prepare sales agreements
Communicate and collaborate with other members of Zebaqi Team where required.
Required:
Be open, honest and a team player at all times.
Have excellent speaking and written communication skills in English. Be able to
speak with diverse clients and provide them with a comfortable online and in-person
experience.
Quicky learner with curiosity to take up new responsibilities as required in our
growing team.
Strong networking and social media skills.
A bachelor's or associate degree in fashion or a related field would be advantageous.
Prior experience in similar responsibilities is a plus.
Compensation
Salary 25K to 30K.
Monthly bonus based on meeting set targets.
