Reports to

Zonal Manager

Job purpose

To supervise and manage the overall operational activities of particular branch.

Duties and responsibilities

Make the daily production demand to Head Office in guidance with Zonal Manager.
Plan daily meat production according to plan.
Look after hygiene matters and housekeeping of branch.
Look after the safety & security matters of branch.
Shall be responsible for smooth running of branch infrastructure and its maintenance.
Handle staff attendance and issues. Plan daily overtime schedule.
Customer care and complaint handling.
Respond to the customer concerns.
Resolve customer issues pertaining to products and services

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

Education: Graduate / preferably commerce
Specialized knowledge: Resource planning and point of retail software.
Skills: Good communicator, mediator, conflict handler, negotiator
Abilities: to work in pressure, to convenience the customers & staff, to lead
Professional Certification: Any management course
Experience: 1-2 year in similar nature of supervisor role
Salary: Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 18,000/-
