To contact prospective customers/architects through emails, personal call and leads.
Handling sales inquiries and deliver presentations to customers.
To entertain walk in customers.
To maintain/acquire full knowledge of all products and services offered by Z’Mario such as Italian Kitchens, Home Furniture and Tiles.
To entertain customer calls and try to mature sale call leads to new sales.
Negotiations with clients on company’s services and concerned matters.
Coordination with team and manager in order to prepare Sales Pitch, proposals, and updated concepts and approaches according to client worth.
To generate business by making outbound calls on provided data.
Prospecting and scheduling meetings to establish new client and retain existing clients.
Rigorous coordination with other departments.
To work closely with existing customers to achieve customer satisfaction.
Responsible to perform any other task assigned by Team Manager.
To coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth work flow.
Outstanding negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
