• Make HR policies and implement best practices according to the organizational guidelines.·      
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to employees’ activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)·      
  • Coordinate HR projects, organize functions, internal and external meetings, training, surveys etc. and take minutes.·      
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.·      
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)·      
  • Communicate with public services agencies and relevant government functionaries when necessary.·      
  • Properly handle employees’ complaints and grievance.·      
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.·      
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.·      
  • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.·      
  • Pursue legal cases and coordinate with legal advisor.·      
  • Maintain general office management and discipline.·      
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and local, state, and federal laws and regulations·      
  • Investigate and ensure associate, customer and supplier concerns are resolved, using own judgment or consulting others when needed.·      
  • Oversee, direct, and conduct day-to-day operations of all HR related functions (e.g., benefits, hiring/transfers, terminations, payroll, associate relations programs)
