1. Act as first point of contact and liaison between integral parties; as per services required by the client, to ensure that project is delivered to client needs are properly assessed and fully met.
  2. Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  3. Establish and develop collaborative relationships with various business departments and client and teams to help resolve client specific issues.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with clients
  5. Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
  6. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  7. Work with client to help them define and implement best practice solutions that meet their business needs and ultimately improve deliver-ability.
  8. Establish and develop collaborative relationships with various business departments and client and teams to help resolve client specific issues.
