This Position is a blend of Website Development and Social Media Marketing and requires someone who can build and maintain websites using Wordpress/PHP + do SEO and Digital marketing using Google and Facebook
Generate Leads: your role revolves around generating paid/unpaid leads for our customers mainly through Google and Facebook (others as well as mentioned below) through any and all of the following
Port website from Wix to Wordpress, ensuring everything is ported properly
SEO / Organic PPC (Google/Bing), Social Media Marketing (Facebook / Instagram, Twitter, Qoura, Pinterest)
Content Marketing (Blogs, Articles, YouTube) and Email Marketing
Change layout of website etc as required
Certifications and/or highly proficient in Google Analytics and Google AdWords, Facebook, Facebook Blueprint
Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
Understand Google Analytics, tags, UA, Facebook Analytics, Pixel, API conversion, Google algorithms (panda, penguin and hummingbird)
Setup conversions API and system users on Facebook
Understand policy violatation rules for Google and Facebook and ensure compliance
Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization every month.
On-going analysis of meta-data, competitor content and site performance
On-going development of URL structure, internal linking architecture, and link quality
On-going development of page construction, site-speed, page-speed and site error
Categorize, structure, track and measure data to ensure ROI and KPIs are met
Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
Develop and implement link building strategy.
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions
Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings

Requirements

Proven 1-3+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing from setup to launch
Proven 1-3+ experience using Wordpress and PHP, Laravel
Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook, Yahoo, and Bing.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
In-depth experience with marketing, sales and website analytics tools (e.g., Twilio, SendinBlue, MailChimp, Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, and Search Ignite)
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms (for example panda, penguin and hummingbird)
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field
This is a remote position.
Typical working hours are between 25-35 hours/week.
