• Planning and designing the program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
  • Facilitating the appointment of individuals to project teams
  • Ensuring there is allocation of common resources and skills within the program’s individual projects
  • Coordinating with multiple PITB departments to ensure its key services which included procurement, financial matters, 24/7 Server operations, HR, administration tasks, helping smooth execution.
  • Overall delivery of the project. Ensuring that optimal quality/standard are maintained by each corresponding roles. Taking decisions over phase wise strategic implementation of project. Ensuring that the strategy/deliverables are free from any constraints and Government rules and regulations are being followed throughout the program.
  • Manage network design and implementation.
  • Provide network support with a variety of operating systems.
  • Perform tests and evaluations regularly to ensure network security, privacy and integrity
