  • Managing financial records
  • Maintaining employee records databases and paperwork
  • Appraisals of employees and contract renewals
  • Liaising with PITB Finance Department for Hiring, Noting and follow-ups.
  • Keeping Finance Documentation and files up to date online and hard copies
  • Generating Financial Reports and updating PC-1 Financials as per requirements
  • Salary report generation and processing
  • Payroll management
