• Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills, and education
  • Hiring of new Trainers, Lab managers, System network engineers and PMU Team as per Project in PC-1
  • Complete documentation of the Trainers, Lab managers & System Network Engineers and liaison with the HR Department.
  • Maintaining employee records databases and paperwork
  • Appraisals of employees and contract renewals
  • Liaising with PITB HR Department for Hiring, Noting and follow-ups.
  • Keeping HR Documentation and files up to date online and hard copies
  • Generating HR Reports and updating PC-1 HR Financials as per requirements
  • Conducting interviews of the relevant resources
