Planning and designing the program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
Facilitating the appointment of individuals to project teams
Ensuring there is allocation of common resources and skills within the program’s individual projects Coordinating with multiple PITB departments to ensure its key services which included procurement, financial matters, 24/7 Server operations, HR, administration tasks, helping smooth execution.
Overall delivery of the project. Ensuring that optimal quality/standard are maintained by each corresponding roles. Taking decisions over phase wise strategic implementation of project. Ensuring that the strategy/deliverables are free from any constraints and Government rules and regulations are being followed throughout the program.
Perform overall project management role including but not limited to planning, procurement, budgeting, invoicing and documentations
To ensure timely generation of project reports.
Regular meetings with the joint director around fiscal planning
Play a significant role in long term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of support services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
