• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Undertake tasks around performance management.
  • Strong communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Analytical and Persuasive Skills.
  • Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets.
  • Calculate bonuses, advances and allowances.
  • Conduct employee onboarding, Employee Retention, Exit interview etc
  • Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
