Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support clients using our Cloud Phone System (VoIP), SIP Trunks, Fixed Line Services, Broadband, Leased Lines Support and Troubleshooting experience of DSL, WAN, LAN, ADSL to a 1st line level
  • Raising technical support cases against telephone and email requests
  • Ensure tickets are dealt and responded to within Service Level Agreement Troubleshooting and performing diagnostics to determine problem, testing, and providing solutions to business users
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers in a professional manner

Skills desirable for the role:

  • Experience of working in a helpdesk environment is desirable but not  a 'must-have' Be able to work well as part of a team as well as on your own
  • Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot problems methodically
  • Strong written and verbal skills Quick learner and someone who shows a willingness to take on issues so they may improve their own knowledge
  • A awesome customer service skills, be the customer champion

Must haves -

  • Must have 4 to 5 years of experience in Telecom industry
  • Background in a customer service role
  • IT Acumen

  • B2B experience
  • Exposure to Wireshark
  • Basic knowledge of SIP/VoIP products
  • Helpdesk experience
  • LAN/ WAN knowledge
  • TCP/IP networking 
  • Experience of PBX/IP PBX
  • Experience of configuring routers
