We are looking for a competitive energetic and trustworthy an experienced Female “ Female Telemarketing Executive” for our real estate projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Calling with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
- Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreement and lease contracts.
- Coordinate the closing of property deals.
- Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals.
- Act as intermediaries’ liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals.
- Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects.
Job Requirements:
- Should have 1-2 years of experience as Sales Executive. Experience in real property estate should be preferred.
- Only females can apply for this role.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent convincing power.
- Should be talkative .
