A2Z SOFT is the leading mobile apps & IT solutions company and we are now recruiting for the office administration & customer care role.

MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE SPEAKING WITH ENGLISH SPEAKING CLIENTS (USA/UK).

YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE:

  • Fluent English communication skills at every level of engagement.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise, work to deadlines, without supervision and on their own initiative.
  • High levels of drive and enthusiasm.
  • Attention to detail and high organisational skills (online ticketing system)
  • Good motivator and coordinator.
  • Good understanding of operations.
  • Learns quickly, able to develop a good knowledge of the organisation and its people.
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Must be excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Forward-thinker and highly organised able to supervise the whole operation with multiple client accounts at the same time.
  • Able to analyse, evaluate and assess the validity and relevance of information in order to draw appropriate conclusions and make necessary recommendations.
  • The successful candidate will have significant administration experience preferably in the IT/Online sector.
  • Emphasis is on being able to demonstrate first class admin skills and the aptitude to build and sustain relationships with all levels of the business.
