Assistance in Employee Attendance and payroll management
- Employees monitoring for assisting compliance with policies and HR reporting.
- Assistance in general day to day HR Operations across the company.
- HR Correspondence and interdepartmental coordination.
- Assistance in HR initiatives and other creational projects assigned.
- To ensure day to day HR operations are performed with accuracy and timely.
- Must have technical knowledge and have previously used HR management tools.
- The job would require to manage hiring, firing and retaining more than 400 company employees.
- The job would also require legal knowledge of the industry and the Human Resources. management best practices.
Job Requirements
- Confident and pleasant personality.
- Must be a resident of Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
- BBA/MBA from reputed university.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in HRM.
- HR certification SHRM/CIPD (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Excellent emotional intelligence and decision-making skills.
