• HR Officer will be subordinate to the Human Resource Manager, and ensure that the rules and regulations of the organization are being followed while also assisting the Senior HR Officer in their duties. The responsibilities of the position require to:
  • Brief new managers on the policies and procedures of an organization in conjunction with development and learning team, providing coaching to managers on difficult and complex issues.
  • Liaise with recruitment team on salary levels for existing and prospective staff consistent with organization market conditions and policies.
  • Ensure the maintenance of all payroll data by HR Administrators.
  • Maintain and keep all the records of employees hiring, leaves, transfers, appraisals, promotions, demotions, advances, loans, termination, and resignations.
  • Review and revise HR policies in compliance with changing, updated or new legislation.
  • Develop personal policies, maintaining and updating policy manuals as well as employee handbooks as needed.
  • Organize and conduct employee testing and recruitment programs.
  • Collect information regarding satisfaction of employee on salary packages and wage, working conditions, etc.
  • Keep managers informed on anti discrimination regulations.
  • Conduct new employee orientation programs and other training programs on changes in benefits, diversity, etc.
  • Review and update employee rules and regulations
  • Administer and keep information on benefits and compensation packages up-to-date.
  • Receive employee complaints and act accordingly to resolve them.
  • Utilize external resources in order to monitor issues and concerns in employment law, communicating potential changes to senior management.
  • Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.
