Requirements
Consult with customers about products or services.
Receive customer calls of requests for services.
Answer calls and respond to customer requests.
Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff for information.
Complete call logs and reports.
Follow up accurately and in a timely manner with potential customers.
Maintain all locations road map and addresses to guide the customers about specific locations.
Provide an appropriate contact number to the customer for their convenience.
Perform other duties as assigned
