- Conducts audits regarding implementation & compliance SOP of Departments and sub departments.
- Meetings with the concerned Managers for examining and verifying the compliance to their SOP’s and discussing any Non compliance issues.
- Take snaps during visits, collects documents & proofs from the departments to ensure the adherence of SOP.
- Meetings with administration and Operations Department Employees for discussion on any non compliance activities.
- Make a report on Compliance to SOP and send the reports to Director, HOD of the department, Concerned Administration & Operations Managers.
- Reminders to the departments through email & call, who haven’t submitted the comment reports & supporting documents.
