Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
Lead, motivate, and support a team of 10 members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
Monitor team performance by tracking attendance, productivity, and adherence to discipline standards.
Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills, improve performance, and promote professional growth.
Attend to customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and professional resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Enforce safety regulations and operational procedures to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
Collaborate with management to meet or exceed business targets and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Manage conflict effectively by addressing issues promptly and facilitating constructive communication among team members.
