- Updates and organizes company training programs for Junior, supervisory, technical and management personnel.
- Assists in initial draft material for new training programs; reviews, evaluates proposed programs
- Managing schedules, records and accounts settlement
- Act as a point-of-contact for Training and development related matters
- Contacts attendees and department representatives about training program
- Schedules the appropriate classroom and prepares the physical setup, including any audiovisual equipment
- Assists in execution of ‘Employee Engagement & Recreational’ programs and ensure OD budget is YTD.
- Conducts presentations for new-employee orientation
- Recommend performance improvements or new programs based on TNA
- Ensure timely completion of quarterly TNA cycle and obtain Management approvals
