Job Description:
- Install and integrate new server hardware and applications
- Support and administer third-party applications
- Ensure network security, malwares and connectivity (through antivirus)
- Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
- Set up user accounts, permissions, passwords and other required things
- Resolve problems reported by end user
- Research and make recommendations on server system administration
- Troubleshooting network issues or outages
- Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
- Installing windows, software, and drivers on laptop and desktop
- IP CCTV security system installation, setup, and repair.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic computer and software problems.
- Ability to work with a variety of software applications.
- Knowledge of network systems and computer security.
- Creative and open to new ideas, adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
