At AA Web Solutions, we currently seek talented English speakers who hold various different levels of experience and expertise within the print and design field. We have multiple positions available within our well-established design team and will consider designers of varying skill levels. However, excellent written and verbal English skills are an essential requirement for the role as you will be required to interact directly with UK-based customers regarding their designs.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for communicating directly with UK based customers regarding their designs and their requirements
- Producing soft (electronic) proofs for customers in line with customer requirements
- Completing necessary checks on customer files to ensure compatibility
- Following customer approval of proofs, to produce print files for our UK based production team.
- Upselling and reviewing customer designs to offer design services to enhance customer design.
- The above represents an outline of the type of work you may be responsible for within our design team.
- Management opportunities are also available and will involve leading and motivating a team of 10-15 designers and proactively supporting the company goals to provide the best service and maintain optimum efficiency within the team.
- Multiple positions are available and the job role offered will be further defined based on individual skills and experience.

Working Hours
Monday – Friday (12pm – 9pm). A degree of flexibility is available on start and finish times, as long as these can also be aligned to business requirements.
Person Specification
- A passion/interest in print/graphic design
- Excellent command of the English language
- Experience in print/graphic design is desirable
- Ability to produce creative designs
- Good time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to maintain a positive, “winning/can do” attitude.
- Ability to swiftly adapt and respond positively to change.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills and ability to find answers/solutions.
- Able to learn, retain and apply the knowledge acquired through training.
- Respectful and considerate towards all other employees.
- IT literate and able to use and/or learn standard and proprietary software.
