AAA is looking for an experienced PR professional to manage our public relations and dealings with various vendors and brands.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement PR strategies, towards establishing the promotion and positioning of the AAA Associates brand, our products, and our services
- Create brand awareness among target media
- Leverage existing media relationships, including broadcast, traditional, and online to land prominent placements
- Manage inquiries from media, individuals, and other organizations about the AAA brand, our products and services.
- Coordinate and conduct meetings on behalf of Business Coordinators of senior management.
- Manage and shortlist resources, venues, and events to present to senior management.
- Create and monitor the printing of brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, and other marketing materials
- Participate in events, document business processes, and provide additional sales support.
- Ensure PR efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals and ultimately, build and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

- Excellent written, verbal, communication, organizational and planning skills
- Have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships
- Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with attention to details
- Tactical and strategic understanding of all primary social media platforms
