- Prepare legal contracts, letters of agreement/intent, and other documents related to a variety of trade, commercial, financial, and operational matters;
- Assist the HOD with company secretarial work including but not limited to preparation and dispatch of board files, collection of material. maintenance of compliance calendar etc.;
- Drafting of basic legal documents such as MOUs and NDA’s to facilitate day to day activities of business development department
- Organize and archives files and supporting documents.
