ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement compensation packages and policies aligned with the organization's strategy.
- Onboarding of new joiners (Biometric attendance/Bank accounts)
- Align all compensation systems to general conditions on the labor market as well as on legal regulations.
- Prepare regular audits and reports for information storage.
- Prepare monthly reports for salary processing, new joiners, leavers, deductions, confirmations and increments/adjustment.
- Manage day-to-day operations, employee records on Biometric attendance system.
- Maintain employee records and data base of company assets.
- Maintain employee relations and execute employee engagement activities.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices·
- Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations·
- Hands on experience with HR software (HRIS)·
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
