ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage our recruitment module by administering the processes related to the selection and hiring of candidates, storing and systemizing information about the received applications.
  • Onboarding of new joiners (Biometric attendance/Bank accounts)  
  • Implement compensation packages and policies aligned with the organization's strategy.
  • Align all compensation systems to general conditions on the labor market as well as on legal regulations.   
  • Prepare regular audits and reports for information storage and reporting
  • Prepare monthly reports for salary processing, new joiners, leavers, deductions, confirmations and increments/adjustment.       
  • Manage day-to-day operations, employee records manually as well as on Biometric Attendance System.
  • Maintain employee records and data base of company assets.
  • Maintain employee relations and execute employee engagement activities. 
  • Structuring, drafting, and reviewing reports and other documents.
  • Any other task(s) assigned by senior management.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices·        
  • Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations·        
  • Hands on experience with HR software (HRIS)·        
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail, Confidentiality and Discretion
  • Punctuality and Responsiveness

EXPERIENCE  : 2-3 years

QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor`s Degree or Higher

CAREER LEVEL : Experienced Professional

SALARY & BENEFITS: Market Competitive

LOCATION: Rawalpindi

LANGUAGE FLUENCY: English and Urdu. Additional languages are an advantage.
