AAA Facility Management Pvt. Ltd. is urgently looking for AM - Compliance & QA for its Head Office located at Korangi Industrial area, Karachi.
An ideal incumbent must be:
· Qualification: BBA/MBA/BPA/MPA in HRM
· Experience: 1 to 2 years in Performance Management, Training & Development or Employee audit
Roles & Responsibilities:
· To ensure proper implementation of the Performance Management system in the organization.
· To Coordinate with Department Heads for the Development, Implementation & Maintenance of SOP’s, JD’s and Work Instructions.
· Assist in creating & updating the policies & procedures as per the dynamics of the industry.
· Assist in the monitoring of company’s WhatsApp groups & make monthly reports.
· To prepare monthly visit plan to the facilities/projects & share with GM QA for review.
