·        Excellent Communication skills

·        Must be able to work independently and /or under moderate supervision

·        Familiar with basic requirement of Contract of Civil Electrical and Mechanical for Interim Payments

·        Prepare detailed criteria for Pre‐Qualification notices subsequently conduct

·        Evaluation of submitted profiles and submit detailed report to Procurement

·        Committee for approval

·        Prepare complete Tender Packages for all construction contracts/packages and for Conduct Pre‐Bid site visits & Pre‐Bid meetings for pre‐qualified Contractors who

·        Are intended to participate in bidding process for SBEP packages contracts

·        Participate in Bid Opening Meetings as Consultant’s representative & conduct

·        Detailed evaluation (including detailed financial & technical valuation) of

·        Submitted Bids (for both Construction & material Contracts) as per Rules

·        And submit detailed evaluation report to Procurement Committee for approval.

·        Close‐out (Verification of Statement on Completion i.e. Final Account, Getting

·        Responsibilities included initiating & carrying out complete tender process project

From planning till commissioning as per Rules; detailed construction
