Deliver Electrical / Mechanical construction engineering activities and deliverables for assigned project - and ensure timely and safe completion of project.
Principal accountabilities will be quality control, electrical safety supervision at the time of execution & commissioning of the systems and accept all electrical systems from the contractor on behalf of client.
Be aware of interfaces between Electrical / Mechanical and other disciplines; ensure that all interfaces are covered resolved during the construction or commissioning.
Ensuring technical adequacy of designs prepared by consultants.
Actively participating in technical site safety audits and reviews.
Plan and participate in equipment acceptance tests, commissioning, and start-up as required.
Must be able to work in a team environment and handle multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Implement best practices with special focus on standardization.
Ensuring implementation and adherence to health & safety requirements including notify management of unsafe working conditions.
Ensure that the contractors completes satisfactory handover of all systems with key documents - asset registers, manuals, as-built drawings, schematics, diagrams, warranties etc.
Be able to work in a team environment and handle multiple project responsibilities.
Assuring that work and project promises are successfully delivered and appropriate reviews have been conducted.
Inspect completed installations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
Ensure clear and effective written communications.
