Aadam Real Estate is looking for competitive and trustworthy Sales Executives with Real Estate experience to act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. Sales Executive responsibilities include marketing real estate on behalf of clients and providing guidance to buyers/sellers to facilitate the purchase/selling process. Experienced individuals having a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the relevant field is MUST.
• We are offering a Handsome Salary + 3 Tiers Commission Package depending on the deals you can complete every month.
• You MUST be punctual at all times in the office and the customers.
• You must have at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent for the post, Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing will be preferred.
• Provide guidance and assist sellers/buyers in marketing, selling and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Should have excellent communication, presentation and Negotiation Skills, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters to their benefit and ensure fair and honest dealing.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value and remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
• Display and market real property to possible buyers and Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, purchase agreements, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
• Develop strong networks with other real estate agents and clients while Conducting surveys to identify the price of competing properties while identifying new real estate buying and selling possibilities by evaluating the customer needs.
• Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
• Maintain and update listings of available properties.
• Advise sellers on how to make homes more appealing to potential buyers and evaluate property values.
• Proven track record of Project Sales in both Commercial and Residential projects and able of closing deals.
• Maintain contact with clients and discuss future business prospects
• Must be able to work independently as well as a good team player with a positive attitude towards the organization.
• Must comply with company’s dress code policy i.e. Formal Business Attire to be worn.
• You will need to provide two references, one from the previous employer and the second from the family.
