Job Description

The InBody Sales Specialist is responsible for driving the InBody brand to achieve sales targets, maximize profit and maintain the brand’s high standards in line with Aair Medical goals and objectives. The job holder shall know all the facts and figures of the brand to enable him to provide expert product knowledge to the customers.

  • Promote, market, and sell our Medical products in your specified strategic sales perspective.
  • Listen to customer requirements to gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and presenting appropriately to make a sales.
  • Conduct daily visits to local market and get sales leads.
  • Arrange appointments with the following Medical sectors: ICU, Dialysis, Diabetes, Nutrition, Obesity/Bariatric, Pharmacies, Supplement stores, and Rehabilitation Centers.
  • Help the company increase its medical portfolio by getting feedback from their customer about suggested products that complete our Medical/Fitness portfolio
  • Maintain and develop relationships with the existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails and appoint new ones.
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales via challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
  • Advise on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions and check the quantities of goods on hand in stock.
  • Record sales and order information and sending copies to your direct manager and regularly reviewing sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
  • Handover all requested details for layout design
  • Inform the line manager of any updates on quotations and payment follow-ups.
  • Fill out job order form for every new project.
  • Attend team meeting and share best practice with colleagues and attend all sales team training.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, marketing techniques, etc.
  • Attend all our marketing activities held in your region representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
  • Help the Technical Support to update site profile.
  • Develop and submit the following Reports:
  • Daily visits/action report.
  • Quotation history report.
