AA’LA Solutions is looking for an experienced sales professional, who can measure and deliver success.
The primary focus of the role is to drive qualified leads into sales pipeline.
Our ideal candidate is highly motivated and excellent communicator, who is able to work on their own initiative to generate leads and collaborate within the team to convert leads into sales.
- Create new business opportunities and bring in new customers through online freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer and Guru;
- Generate leads on LinkedIn and related lead generation tools;
- Manage and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities;
- Understand how will AA’LA Solutions’ products and services can meet customer’s needs in order to facilitate sales;
- Write technical business proposals;
- Arrange meetings for potential clients with senior management;
- Maintaining organized and accurate sales information, pipelines and reports using CRM tools, preferably Hubspot;
- Maintaining relationship with clients;
- Collaborating with team to execute the job;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Great leadership skills;
- Top-notch analytical skills — you must have an eye for detail!;

- Should have highly developed all round interpersonal skills;
