Main Responsibilities:
1. In collaboration with Directors and other core team members, develop a communication strategy.
2. Identify opportunities to increase Aalam Bibi Trust visibility (including its projects, events and publications) and its impact through identifying target audiences.
3. Manage the implementation and promotion of all Aalam Bibi social media, including output promotion and live event coverage.
4. Manage Aalam Bibi website to accurately reflect and include all Aalam Bibi events, interviews, articles, reports, analysis papers, and other related materials.
5. Draft and compile materials on “timely issues” for web publication.
6. Maintain administrative duties relevant to communications as required; respond to information requests.
7. Adapt materials and publications to formats that can be readily used by each target audience.
8. Responsible for searching for potential opportunities (including but not limited to national and international awards, prizes, conferences, panel discussions, collaborations, workshops, awareness activities, etc.), developing and writing applications/proposals and maintaining a track of won/availed opportunities to increase the visibility of Aalam Bibi at various digital and non-digital media platforms.
9. Develop MOUs and liaison with various universities, foundations, and educational institutes for future collaborations.
10. Review and record the organization’s direct mail, funding, individual and event gifts and pledges, Sponsor A Child contributions and updates to the donors.
11. Maintain accurately and up to date donor contact and biographical information.
12. Assist Directors in community engagement, fundraising, and donor relations.
13. Conduct other relevant work as necessary.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized university (Preferably in a development-related field and some journalism experience).
Experience:
1-2 years of experience (Preferably web content and social media management experience).
Knowledge:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability. Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail are required. Knowledge of current community challenges and opportunities relating to the mission of the Aalam Bibi Trust. Knowledge of education-related issues both in Pakistan and globally.

Salary Range:
PKR 70,000 to PKR 80,000 / Monthly
