JOB PURPOSE: ▪ To assist the Manager Project Delivery Unit in timely and quality delivery of projects/assignments (national and international).
REPORTING LINES: Reports to Manager PDU
The incumbent shall be required to oversee/coordinate the work of national and international consultants and partners.
BUDGET RESPONSIBILITY: Occasional
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The key tasks or responsibilities are as under:
- Assist the manager PDU in research, field data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Recruitment, deployment and overseeing the work of consultants and partners
- Contracts management of clients (deliverables, quality assurance, timely delivery, communication)
- Perform internal quality assurance function for delivery of products/deliverables.
- Oversee the timely delivery of projects and crisis management
- Oversee and report on implementation of work plan and budgets (internal)
- Participate in networking and training events and where required lead internal training and learning events.
- Assist in preparation of projects/bids in close coordination of PPDU team.
- Lead documentation and record management and produce projects closure reports.
- Any other task assigned.
