Ab Developers is seeking a highly skilled Architect specializing in Hotel Design and Interior spaces to join their dynamic design team in Lahore. This full-time, office-based role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong technical background who thrives in developing innovative architectural concepts specifically tailored to prestigious 4-star and 5-star hospitality environments. The Architect will develop detailed drawings and 3D visualizations while ensuring that all design solutions meet the highest standards of luxury and functionality. This role requires hands-on involvement in the entire project lifecycle, from concept development through execution and finishing work supervision.
The successful candidate possesses a deep understanding of hospitality industry standards, excellent coordination and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams including MEP, structural engineers, and site personnel. Although this position does not involve team management responsibilities, the Architect will play a pivotal role in collaborating with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality architectural and interior design outcomes aligned with company objectives and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and present innovative architectural concepts and comprehensive design solutions for hotel projects.
- Prepare accurate and detailed construction drawings, 3D visualizations, and engaging presentations to support project proposals.
- Lead the hotel interior design efforts, including the selection and specification of finishing materials and furnishings from concept through implementation.
- Coordinate and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineers, structural teams, and onsite construction staff to ensure design integrity and project feasibility.
- Ensure all design work complies with project specifications, local building codes, and industry standards specific to luxury hospitality developments.
- Supervise on-site finishing works and quality control to guarantee premium standards are maintained throughout the construction phase.
- Collaborate effectively with consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to resolve design issues and streamline project execution.
- Maintain a strong awareness of current hospitality design trends, luxury standards, and emerging technologies to inform project designs.
- Manage timelines and project deliverables to meet client expectations and contractual obligations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the design team by sharing expertise and fostering innovative approaches.
