Main Responsibilities    

·         Lead the commercial readiness of CRM, Business operations management features, Provisioning & Authentication Integrations (Development Requirements, Testing & Delivery)

·         New pricing & packaging implementation in CRM & Core Systems

·         Drive & Monitor FTTx expansion projects; Efficient & Effective commercial rollouts of FTTx ventures (planned/ad-hoc)

·         Support Commercial teams (Sales, Customer Care & Ops, Products) in meeting their Revenue KPIs & Managing Customer Experience

·         Development & Alignment of processes & policies to enhance customer satisfaction & stickiness

·         Prepare guidelines for customer retention team to meet respective targets

·         Training of Sales & Customer Care/Operation teams over Pricing, Packaging, Processes & CRM workflows

·         Last Mile Equipment availability for Sales & Support Channels

·         Periodic Reporting – Customer Care & Operations KPI Dashboards & Adhoc Analysis for planning purposes

·         Business Unit Communications to SMT (Periodic i.e. weekly, monthly)

Knowledge and Experience

·         At least 4-5 years of a combination of Project management, Product operations, Customer Care / Retention / Churn Control

·         Exceptional communication, writing and interpersonal skills

·         Optimistic with supportive attitude

·         Detail oriented and Results driven
