- Responsible for overall operational activities of the company
- Ensure zero failures in following up of operational SOPs
- Ensure regular interaction with clients and maintain the record of complaints with remedial actions
- Responsible for smooth execution of existing contracts
- Responsible for receivables of the company on monthly basis in the region.
- Receivables should not cross more the 7 days overdue
- Monitor and ensure all HSEC policies are followed in true letter and spirit in the region
- Highlight immediate issues faced by the region to the company head
- Business Development:
- Responsible for the Business Development at the country level for the company to meet annual targets
- Continuous analysis and input to GM in evaluation of strategic value addition initiatives
