Job description:
- The job holder will be primarily responsible for providing customer services and will ensure the delivery of quality services.
- Handling customer queries and educates them on various services being offered by the Bank.
- Should have an idea of General banking terms
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication in both Urdu and English
- Problem-solving attitude
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ambition and a desire to succeed
Required Profile:
- Intermediate or above.
- No prior experience required. However, candidates with experience of handling customers and providing customer services would be given preference.
