We’re seeking energetic and customer-driven professionals to join our international support team as Client Support Executives. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. You’ll handle customer inquiries through multiple channels (calls, chat, and email) while delivering timely, empathetic, and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information across all communication channels
  • Build lasting customer relationships through professionalism, empathy, and service excellence.
  • Identify and resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service quality and meet performance metrics.
  • Consistently uphold company standards to achieve top-tier QA and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum Intermediate/A Levels or above (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer support, call center, or BPO environments is an advantage but not mandatory.
