- On behalf of client, take customer call as per given instructions and standards
- Position holder is responsible for attending huddles, before shift timings
- In-case of an unavoidable circumstance, inform team leader as soon as possible
- Follow client instruction regarding quality which includes maintaining Average Handling Time, Monthly Performance Report
- Follow company policies, procedures, norms and values
- Perform job roles in compliance with ISM Policies and Procedures and Acceptable usage of asset and services guidelines
- Regulatory, contractual and ISM Policies violations are reported immediately to supervisors or appropriate authorities for rectification and disciplinary actions
- Support in performance of Risk Assessment
- New and existing information in soft form or hard form is classified, labeled, controlled and secured as described in the appropriate ISM procedures
