Job Description


  • Managing customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email

  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies


  • Good communication skills (English)

  • The applicants must have strong communication & interpersonal skills

  • Experience in international customer support/call center is a plus

  • Candidates with O/A Level educational background or Graduates with majors in business will be preferred

  • Cross-cultural awareness, Knowledge of UAE market is a plus

  • Should have some experience and knowledge of Customer services/experience.

  • Should be flexible for shifts
