- Provide technical assistance to CLIENT Borrowers i.e. Micro finance Institutions in adopting technological advancements to bring about efficiencies in their operations
- Assist in creating partnerships of branchless banking players with CLIENT and its Borrowers for effective and efficient service delivery to end clients
- Closely interact with CLIENT Borrowers and their clients to assess needs for digital finance interventions
