Job Description

The HR Admin Intern is responsible for providing support in the various Human Resource functions, which include assistance in recruitment and staffing, Employee Data Management and Related.

Key Responsibilities:

1: Assist in manage day to day HR operations, and other HR related matters.

2: Complete the filing of new staff.

3: Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents

4: Preparation of letters related to HR (offer letter, appointment letter, Transfer Letter etc.)

5: Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.

6: Other duties as assigned by HR Manager
