Abacus ELS is looking for hashtag#Human Resources Intern who will assist, learn, and develop in the management, coordination, execution, and completion of organization-wide HR Outsourcing and Antecedent Verification Services. INTERNSHIP ROLE: Areas of focus for this opportunity consist of, but are not limited to: identify and escalate as appropriate queries arising from the antecedent verification process ensuring that only verified applicants are catered. BASIC REQUIREMENTS: • Complete Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field. (Candidates perung degrees will not be entertained) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfort interacting with all levels of the organization. • Ability to exercise independent judgment and take initiative. • Ability to maintain sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and integrity. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). • Presentation skills and comfort with public speaking is desired.
